Sifra WestendorpSifra works as a Digital Development Manager at Anthony Veder where she is responsible to translate the digital ambition into actual results and accelerate the digital transformation. She believes that companies who are experts in the rapid identification, implementation and adoption of the right digital technologies are the winners within their industry. But a successful digital transformation does not end with simply implementing a new tool; it implies much more than choosing the right technology, and the human factor in digital transformation is often underestimated. By using a human-centered approach when designing products or innovations, the chance of success increases.

She recently completed the Digital Transformation Program at the Erasmus University. In her spare time she loves to step on the yoga mat.
